The Beginning
Founder Mr. Yang Pan established Yang Paidang Technology Group Co., Ltd. in Xuzhou, Jiangsu. In the same year, Xuzhou Daoen International Trade Co., Ltd. was founded to serve domestic enterprises and public institutions with premium promotional gift services. Starting with a core team of only three people and a philosophy of “Quality First, Service Foremost,” the company built its supply chain from the ground up and secured its first wave of domestic clients.
Going Global
With the team expanding to 20 professionals, the company established mature business and procurement departments. Market reach expanded to North America and other international regions. To provide localized support, Daoen Inc. was established overseas. Annual exports surpassed $5 million for the first time, and the product line grew beyond basic promotions to include outdoor sports gear and exhibition giveaways.
Diversification
The group established Xuzhou Jinrong Crafts Co., Ltd., marking its formal entry into the home decor and lifestyle gift market. Simultaneously, the company invested in and began operating the Kangda Bag Factory, specializing in cooler bags, cup sleeves, and insulated carriers. With a workforce of 50 and clients in over 30 countries, annual revenue soared by 200% compared to 2013, solidifying a diversified supply chain spanning promotional, home, and luggage products.
Strategic Specialization
The group deepened its expertise in core categories including home lifestyle, sporting goods, apparel, electronics, and office supplies, while further optimizing supply chain efficiency and quality control (QC) protocols. The business matrix was bolstered by the founding of Hanli Yachuang Culture Communication Co., Ltd. By this time, the group operated 7 subsidiaries and served 8 Fortune Global 500 companies. Our market share in East China’s gift industry continued to climb, significantly amplifying brand influence.
A New Era
Our team has grown to 150 professionals, reaching new heights of specialization. To support rapid expansion, the group moved into a new 1,400-square-meter headquarters, integrating a state-of-the-art product showroom, corporate offices, a QC center, and specialized warehousing. Annual revenue grew by 35% year-over-year, exceeding 40 million RMB, with a cumulative client base of over 800 enterprises. Today, Yang Paidang is moving steadfastly toward its goal of becoming a world-leading integrated gift service provider.
